Behold the easiest, delicious, guilt free trail mix you can make.  It takes less than 15 minutes is perfect for a pre-workout snack,  curb hunger pains mid-meals, easy to take on road trips and saves you filling up on sugary snacks just because they are there.  

It takes:  1 cup each of Almonds, sunflower seeds, cashews, raisins (and any other nut/seed you wish)  Dry roast them until just golden.  Throw in a handful of dry roasted dessicated coconut, and grate a little lime or lemon rind over the whole lot.  Mix and eat and then marvel at your culinary skills.
