PIECES OF HOME - VICTORIAN DRESSER

This is the first of many posts to come that features all the bits and bobs around Lara's house.  She is an avid collector of junk on the side of the road - which usually is far from junk.  Like this vintage bedside dresser, literally from the late1800's- early 1900's.  How amazing is it?  It is solid oak, from our research it is from the Victorian era. Someone was throwing it - can you believe it?  Now it stands proudly in her bedroom housing her jewellery and other bits and bobs.  Don't you just love it?

  1. So beautiful! I'm so so jealous! That wooden carving is beautiful - part of the drawer?
